FAQ's
1 / Do you maintain domestic boilers?
Unfortunately we do not work in domestic premises, we only do Commercial and Industrial premises, however you will find many domestic boilers installed on commercial premises that we do service and maintain.
2 / Do I have to have my boiler serviced?
Yes, for 2 reasons, firstly to maintain your boiler manufacturer's warranty and secondly to satisfy your insurance with an Annual Gas Safety Certificate.
3 / Can I change parts on my boiler?
No, it is illegal for you to interfere with a gas appliance unless you are Gas Safe Registered, you cannot carry out any adhock repairs to a boiler regardless of the fact that you are not touching the gas line, you can only operate user controls on your boiler as detailed in the manufacturer's instructions.
4 / How much does it cost to fix my boiler?
As a general rule we do not fit parts supplied by our customers, this is due to issues with warranty, if an issue arose with the part you supplied, our labour would still be chargeable and you would need to claim for the new part from your supplier, our return visit to fit the replacement part would also be chargeable.
5 / Can I have a quote?
Yes of course! Please feel free to give us a call on 0161 480 8551 and we can arrange a free of charge site visit and provide a suitable quotation for the works required.
6 / Can I provide my own parts ?
As a general rule we do not fit parts supplied by our customers, this is due to issues with warranty, if an issue arose with the part you supplied, our labour would still be chargeable and you would need to claim for the new part from your supplier, our return visit to fit the replacement part would also be chargeable.
